So you spotted us around town or you’ve read about us somewhere, and now you want to know who we are!
Well , we are ‘The Carrots’ and we were called upon by this fantastic restaurant, Help Yourself, in Key West FL, because they are on a mission. Now, who can pass up a vacation in Key West, certainly not us! So we came down to scope them out, have some fun, and see what we could do.

But down to work. Our friends at Help Yourself, want to help you; to show the world how great it feels when you fuel your body with the right foods. And no,that doesn’t mean its just carrots and vegetables!!
Starting with their restaurant in Key West, Help Yourself’s mission is to provide all the tools for a healthy life (the restaurants, the education, the lifestyle). All you have to do is make the choice to ‘help yourself’.
So, The Carrots are off on a tour, checking out potential locations for the next restaurant, meeting new friends and hoping to bump into an investor or two!
